Where to get testosterone and DHT (dihydrotestosterone)

If you've read The Science of Sex, you know there are many ways to increase libido and sexual pleasure besides using testosterone or DHT (dihydrotestosterone). However, there is still a need for those hormones. I previously listed sources, but that necessitated a never-ending job of trying to keep the list current. Rather than do that, I decided to harness the power of Google to maintain the list.
